The building is a stone’s throw from the Bérault metro station (line 1) and the Vincennes station on the RER A line.
Students commit to participating:
- Every Tuesday evening (from 7.20pm to 10pm), students gather to celebrate the Eucharist, share dinner and reflect on major questions concerning the Christian faith, the Bible, societal issues and more.
- A spiritual weekend in January near Paris.
A religious community lives on site. They provide a fraternal presence on a daily basis, as well as help with the running of the hostel. The spirit of sharing, service and joy is at the heart of the student mission handed down by the Assumptionist fathers.
Room
- 11 spacious student rooms equipped with storage units (shelves, closets).
All rooms have their own bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin). - Linen (comforter, pillow, towels, etc.) not provided.
Common areas
- 2 common rooms (a large renovated dining room on the ground floor, and a workroom under the roof), a kitchen, a pantry, a laundry room and an ironing room.
- A garden is available to students.
Service
There is no cleaning staff. The students each take care of a cleaning area in the building every week, and manage to keep the common areas clean on a daily basis.
Access
- Metro Bérault, line 1
- RER A, Vincennes station. Close to Paris, the lively city center of Vincennes, and the Bois de Vincennes (995 hectares) where you’ll find 3 lakes, a sports trail, a bike path…

I benefit from an ideal study environment. In concrete terms, this year we’ve converted a relaxation area into a study room. This room is both our library and our lecture hall, as we take many courses online. It’s essential to our academic success! Having a dedicated work space separate from your room, a friendly space that you share with other students, is a real luxury. Not having to face solitude and being able to maintain a healthy work rhythm is a real godsend.
